Even people who don't like video games should enjoy this one. Each of them were full price stand-alone games. You can't go wrong. And you get the other four games also. They are just as fun now as when they were made. Valve hired the people who produced "portal" (using a level editor) on the spot when they saw the game. If you find this at a discount it's worth the price just for the portal game.
And you get all of this on just one disc. The entire Half Life series is an excellent play-through if you're an FPS fan period, and having the whole collection on one disc is a godsend. In the best words I can use to describe it, f'ing steal. I'm writing this review quite a while after the game came out, so you can easily get a used copy of this game for $12-$15, and a new version for $20. Portal is a great game, well designed, and brilliant in it's own right, but I found it was just not my cup of tea. Team Fortress 2 is my favorite game out of the collection, and the multiplayer fun is outrageously addictive.
three games by the most talented developer in the history of the medium. In all seriousness, what else could you possibly want.
portal and half life 2 on one discthe gameplay is engaging and fun, the physics and graphics are great, but everybody knows thisquite simply the $20 price tag is literal theftif you dont own this yet you should order it now
game is great but team fortess 2 doesn't really have anybody on it to play.
